When I first started thinking about beginning bodybuilding, I was afraid to take the first step. And even when I had taken the step, I did not really know what to do, to get that beautiful physique I so badly wanted.

-1st Beginning Bodybuilding Tip -Clarity: The first tip when you are beginning weight lifting is to have clarity. Do you know what your dream body looks like? If not, then sit down and write it on a paper right away. This is absolutely necessary, because without clarity, you will not know where you are going. This will also motivate you to get that dream physique.
-2nd Beginning Bodybuilding Tip – Workout Routines: You need to start on a program. If you haven’t done any exercises before, then a good idea is to work on the different machines to start out with. This way you will get used to what building muscle is about and after a couple of weeks, you can start including free weights.
-3rd Beginning Bodybuilding Tip – Popeye: I call this beginner bodybuilding tip Popeye, because he knew that eating right was the way to build muscle. But seriously, you need the right nutrition if you want to be successful towards your dream physique when you are beginning bodybuilding. Get your hands on a nutrition program and stick to it.
-4th Beginning Bodybuilding Tip – Proteins: Proteins are your muscles best friend. You need about 1.5 grams of protein per body weight.
-6th Beginning Bodybuilding Tip – Carbohydrate: Eat carbohydrates in the morning, before your workout and right after your workout.
-7th Beginning Bodybuilding Tip – Healthy Fat: We need the right kind of fat in our nutrition, not only to boost our muscle growth, but also to not store any excessive fat.

-9th Beginning Bodybuilding Tip – Progression: Always lift heavier than the time before. Even if is just a small amount, as progression will force your muscles to grow.
Beginning Bodybuilding – Be strong
This tip is very important. When you start out on beginning bodybuilding, you will the first couple of weeks feel your muscles. Some people will call it pain, but it is because you have never used your muscles this way before. It is not pain, but what is called DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) and it will pass.
What is important in beginning bodybuilding though, that you don’t let the DOMS stop you, maybe you take a day off or two, but then you come right back in, stronger than ever and you will soon welcome your dream physique.
